You know, I think swimming makes me look younger and that's always good. The place I go has all the equipment so I don't need to buy anything else. It's nice. I got the swimsuit from my neighbor who doesn't swim anymore. I make it work! I do have a broken pinky toe though - no idea how.

Day 2 of #SavingDuckie - he is being put on another antibiotic before we reach the third stage of needing a $500+ ultrasound. I know these are tough times, but if you can at least #share and #circulate among #MutualAid and #rescuedog circles, I would appreciate anything. Visibility is a great gift!

It's 4 am - I love my dog. He's my soul dog. Please let me keep him with me. He's why I'm alive. He started to open up and feel safe in my care THIS YEAR after over 3 years knowing me. He jumps in my lap - he wouldn't dare do that even this time last year. Please help.

He got his name from the movie Pretty in Pink. Jon Cryer's character Duckie dances around a vinyl shop and is devoted to his best friend that lives in poverty. Duckie takes after that character.

My #ESA for #CPTSD, Duckie. I would not have him if it weren't for a few friends that recognized I needed him to get through Grandma's dementia diagnosis and death. This is his usual wiggle - he is naturally this happy to see people but he does extra dancing for me.

Blood work was 170, other places charged 250+, and I don't have 170 but medically he needs it and I have no revenue no money at all and jobs keep rejecting me and I'm gonna end up dead and duckie is gonna need a new home in that case anyways I'm a fucking failure

I can't do this anymore. Duckie had to get blood work done and the rescue he came from didn't answer my call or emails so I had to finance this and I have no money at all. I'm going to have to re-home him but I need help with the bill and I have no community at all. I can't live like this.

I'm having to give up my ESA because I can't afford a 170 dollar test for him. Emailed and called his rescue. Tried to work out a deal with vet and wouldn't budge. Called other vets, their price is much higher. I'm done. I've lost all I can lose.
