New hardware releases don't usually excite me that much, but I am very tempted by the Steam Frame. Going to depend on MSRP/Full Body Tracking support/Touring schedule.

Was recommended Seveneves about eight years ago, purchased it seven years ago, and only now finally mustered the motivation to read it. A really excellent piece of science fiction! And fun to describe to people as "What if the moon exploded?"

We must go back to text based roleplaying. Like, paragraph back and forth at least. VRChat/TikTok are fun, But small writing exercises breed character lore, and make us better writers especially in a time of increasing overreliance on gAI.

Today's kind of an exciting day. I am closing the chapter on my last journal and opening up a new one. I'm hoping it brings a metaphorical change in life chapters too, as I was stuck on the last journal for more than two years which feels like too long. Here's hoping it brings the growth I need :)
