Illustrators NC Wyeth and Maxfield Parrish inspired my lifelong pursuit of fine art, commercial design, and photography. Currently blending it all together to create my fine art scenic photography.
I grabbed this quick shot as the wedding second line turned the corner and made its final approach to the hotel. I love how the motion blur in the image truly captures the energy of the moment. 💫 So much joy!

“Goodbye Norma Jean, your candle burned out long before your legend ever will.”

Heartbroken to share that I had to let Norma Jean go last night. This sweetest cat ever was 12 when she rescued me two years ago. We made the most of every moment. She loved greeting everyone with her gentle sweetness.

When you get to know me, this photo of my mom (the fearless one on the right) with her tribe makes so much sense. She’s the one who taught me what it means to live boldly and love your people fiercely.

One of my favorite moments captured on St. George Street. Loved how the sunlight filtered through the trees, painting the sidewalk with patterns. 🌤️

There’s something about Magnolia Avenue in the morning — the light, the quiet, the way everything feels just a little more peaceful. It’s one of those simple moments that always reminds me why I love photographing this town.

There’s always a silver lining when it rains — in this case, it’s how the street turns into a mirror. The soft light, wet bricks, and gentle ripples create their own kind of beauty. Sometimes you just have to look down to see the beauty shining back at you. 🌧️💫

There’s something magical about early morning reflections — the way light dances across puddles, glass, and still water transforms ordinary streets into dreamlike scenes.

Beautiful sky to the West tonight while the storm is brewing in the East.

I planted Muhly Grass this spring because I love their pink feathers in the fall. Can’t believe my little 4” plants have already grown up and bloomed! I’ve been trying to get a good shot of their new color, and tonight the sunset showed up right behind them.

As always, zoom in to see the details 💫

Went scouting with my camera today to see what I could find. Lily pad beds were what caught my attention! I really love how the light reflecting off of the unopened flower makes it look like jewelry! You might have to zoom in on the image to see all of the details.

Grace is not perfection.
It is the gentle current that moves beneath all our flaws, carrying us back toward one another. Where morality sets the path, grace softens our steps.

The peaceful beauty of this spring-fed creek calls me back. These are the moments that feed my soul.

Loving these images in black & white. 🌟

More from my river trip 🌟 I started out shooting black & white film, and I can’t help but keep coming back to it. I just love the intricate simplicity.

Pulled over last night and caught the San Sebastian River under a sky that didn’t hold back the beauty the comes with storms.

Our iconic Magic Beach Motel will be torn down, and my heart is heavy. This colorful, quirky gem has been more than just a place to stay—it’s been part of our community’s character, charm, and story for decades. So many memories tied to that retro neon sign.

Sad to see it go. 💔
