Crescents at various stages of maturation (cellular, fibrocellular, fibrous):
I’m Sinead and I “have a faulty amygdala”. As per a neurologist I worked for.
I’m Nayan and I have the “you can’t leave before the attending even if you’re done with your work” problem
I’m Josh, and I have the “too many words come out of my mouth” problem.

(This was actually great feedback in the context it was given)
This is amazing. Amazing. Fair play @hswapnil.bsky.social et al.

My vote for nephrology story of the year.

Still very cool to sit in grand rounds and see a #VisualAbstract after #VisualAbstract make it into the slide deck.

Hard to underestimate how much good science AND good design helps dissemination.

#NephJC comment from EP specialist on the significance of CSCA
See @christosargyrop.bsky.social even asystolic pauses are seemingly common 😳
Nocturnal bradycardia, even asystolic pauses, is common but may not warrant device based intervention

VT > 30, by definition is "sustained" and is significant

We see irrelevant "SVT" all the time. I think it's almost normal for every adult to have seconds of AT several times on a two week amb tele
Sinead Stoneman, long time #NephJC lover. Glad and proud I can join the chat tonight, though I’ll be mainly lurking. No COI.

eg Spironolactone pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15295047/

so imagine our concern when we saw this case report: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32744865/
