When they aren't talkative, play the best you can, setup streams with friends and try new things all the time.
To me none of that are actions of someone who's failing or quitting. By trying and doing at all you have ceased to quit.
Thus, not a failure.

You setup your stream and, unless something bad happens, you always see it through. You keep to schedules you've set, chatter to watchers even
