failed bunny colloquialism #2:

"you live by the bunny you die by the bunny"

mean this more as a complement but that sounds on brand, yep. but, yeah, you can tell when an educational tool was made by people who do not care about pedagogy. they probably got paid decently, too.
I know that it was the product of an era where the idea of a computerized simulator was really appealing as an educational tool, but I am infact going to judge the people who made it. the fact it needed to be rigged was clear evidence that it was a defective concept. and of course it was defective!!
no offense but I'm not seeing it
I played this! It thoroughly convinced into early adulthood that I shouldn't drive at all because I was obviously going to die no matter how well I drove!

it kind of reduces our collective informational entropy too, doesn't it? you can avoid it as much as possible and it will still affect your environment and then you. combined with the attention-based nature of the economy, it all feels actually quite violent.
it changes information transfer itself in a way that I don't think has happened before. even digitalization didn't reduce the inherent trustworthiness of information like this.
is there a word for the things that generative AI, particularly images and video, are taking from us for good? in the past if a grilled cheese sandwich looked strikingly like Jesus then it was a fun councidence, but now it's untrustworthy at a glance and eventually it will be undetectable.
(I do not think you stand out in that way) anyways, you are fine. hear me? fine. look at this fish 🐟 <- fine. and if you need a reminder sometimes, that's fine, too.
🍂 a bit late, but wanted to say that I fiercly disagree and the others would, too. you're very fun to be around and like, look. regarding not saying the right thing, everyone in at least our shared community is awkward and struggles with that sometimes and it's fine because we all get it.

I do not feel refreshed after this weekend at all
there is a version of this in which people are asking others not to reprise racist tropes and become too accustomed to using slurs against AI because it normalizes behaviors and patterns that we shouldn'tbe comfortable with at all, which this is a more nuanced discussion than the OP is suggesting.
