My meal today comprised vegan spicy ramen with a side of kimchi at Maki and Ramen. This is an Edinburgh based chain that specialise, per the name, in sushi and ramen, though the one I was in only did ramen.
Likely, the best vegan ramen I've had. The broth was phenomenal
