Note to self: Never get movie seats near the front ever again. Went to watch Chainsaw Man today and was kind of half-asleep when getting the ticket. Ended up accidentally getting a seat near the front.

Loved the movie but had to crane my neck up the entire time and now it aches like a bastard.
Been saving a free movie voucher for a month and on the day I use it I forget to choose one of the expensive seats.

I'm a dumb arse.
Jumped out of my fucking skin today when a gecko startled me while washing dishes. I hate these bloody things.
Watched The Shadow's Edge today. It was great, though I think they might’ve made the bad guys a little too cool & likable. I honestly rooted for them half the time.

Jackie Chan did quality work as always, but it didn't feel like he was the star. Not complaining though. The real stars were great.
It happened again. This time the screen stayed dead and they let us out of the theatre with free vouchers. Guess the ghosts really didn't want to be seen.
Was watching Conjuring Last Rites in theatres when the screen went dark. Apparently it was a power outage but it affected only the screen. Not the audio or the theatre lights or anything else.

Thought it was part of the movie for a good half minute there. Guess the ghosts didn't want to be seen.

Went to watch Together today and it's made me grateful to be single.
Either Uma Musume's gacha is a lot more generous than I thought it'd be or I should invest my luck in actual horse racing.

I got six SSR support cards and four 3-star trainees on my first day. Would've been five if I hadn't used my coupon to get Silence Suzuka only to get her again in the gacha.
I caved today. I broke my rule to have Reverse 1999 as my only gacha and tried Uma Musume because I watched the Cinderella Gray anime.

My God, I get it now. I get why people love this game so much.
Marcus really did go through all five stages of grief. Denial, thinking that Hoffman can still be saved. Anger at herself for not being able to do anything. Bargaining as she reads Hoffman for a way to save her. Depression when it becomes clear there isn't one. Acceptance in continuing the mission.
"I don't like this ending..."

Whatever Marcus' voice actress got paid, it isn't enough. You could FEEL her pain in every word and sob during this scene.
Just went to watch Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1 in IMAX today and holy shit the enormous budget showed. My eyes felt like they'd melt from the animation quality. I almost feel a bit bad having to tear my eyes away from the action every now and then to read the subtitles.
Went to watch Weapons today and it was amazing! One of the most satisfying horror movies I've seen in a while. I kind of wish I participated in the ARG thing they had going on to promote the movie but it's still great even without any prior context.
Went to watch The Naked Gun today. Not all the jokes landed, but the sheer volume of it meant I was laughing fairly often. I've never seen the original but I think this remake stands on its own well enough. Deadpan Liam Neeson was definitely the highlight of the film.
Recently got a 3-month movie pass for a nearby theatre and I'm going to squeeze every bit of value I can from it in the coming months. Already used it to watch Superman and Fantastic 4. Both were good but the more I let Superman sit with me, the more I like it.
I've been stuck at Reveries 350-III in #Reverse1999 for several months. Today I finally cleared it with Kiperina and as far as I'm concerned, that little astronaut is an angel in disguise secretly visiting heaven during every space mission.
I just had Duck Donuts for the first time and they're the most excessively glazed, stickiest, messiest doughnuts I've ever had in my life. Pretty delicious though. There's a bunch of leftover glaze stuck to the box that I might put on toast or something later.
Been slowly going through the new Reverse 1999 event. If Hissabeth can stop being so goddamn cool and adorable every time she shows up, that'd be great, because it's really shaking my resolve to skip her for Kiperina (who's almost as cool and even more adorable).
Tuesday's "baby" could probably count as a Beyond too, right?
Went to watch DanDaDan: Evil Eye today. I thought it'd be like Demon Slayer: Mugen Train-an actual movie that'll be split into an entire season later.

Turns out Evil Eye was just the first three S2 episodes plus Behind the Scenes padding. They cooked, but it wasn't a full meal. Tad disappointing.
I went to collect some washed dishes I left out to dry and nearly had a goddamn heart attack because there was a gecko hiding in one of the bowls. WHERE DO THESE BLOODY THINGS KEEP COMING FROM???
Watched Bring Her Back in theatres today. Great movie. The fact that I got to see Mrs. Brown from the Paddington movies being evil made it even more disturbing.

Solid 8/10 horror flick. Not one I'd ever want to watch again though because holy shit is it emotionally draining.
Melania: "Miss Tennant made it look so easy!"
Windsong, I love you, but you really didn't need to muck up my 50/50 that P1. Recoleta please come to the suitcase, I'll read your novel! #Reverse1999
