Low quality crap that looks good when you go out in it the first time, but crap after that, or starts falling apart forcing you to buy more. Capitalism without any stops on.

The "short guy" who shouted "De Plane! De plane!" was fantasy island. There weren't any dwarves (or if you want to be politically correct, people of restricted growth) as regular cast members on the Love Boat. Closest you'd get is probably Gopher.

(An anime about a bloke who gets caught up in a summoning to another word, but while all the others acquire super magical hero skills, he gets online shopping.

Oh, that's an easy one.
Point at a minority, accuse them of something, it distracts the easily distracted from the real issues of you stealing all their money and not paying taxes.
Meanwhile, using AI means hever having to pay wages again, so big thumbs up for the billionaires, there.

My main MC, Eric, has an older sister, Angela. Before he disappeared, they were always sniping at each other, when he escaped and returned home, they got on a hell of a lot better.

Later, a second MC, Obediah, has a younger brother, Lance.
