That absolutely is the best QoL ever, instead of 50% encounter RNG in the original

(Did I mean: 90% random encounter RNG when you don't want a battle, 10% chance when you DO want a battle)

Lesalia won't have them because Lesalia has "knight" equipment, like the castle town shops always do. Check a Trade city or a normal town, it's definitely sold at that time.

Nobody knows exactly why, but that's how the game reads it. This was incredibly useful back in the day for challenge games.
