My own best friends in my immediate community are struggling in the exact same way I am with the exact same risk of being unhoused.

The idea that we must suffer endlessly in silence and that asking for help will always be met with bullying is exactly why we have folks who are no longer with us.

I am in a scary position. despite doing all I can, including applying for every job I could find, and being hired on for part time work, I am still unable to meet the financial requirements to secure housing. I need to find housing before the end of October.

I cant do this without assistance,

The good news is I have been approved to rent a single small room from an existing household which allows me to bypass the challenging requirements of high credit & high income required to secure housing.

Our new household is safe and composed of weirdo furries just like us! So I'm very relieved ❤️
