Whenever indie devs use AI, it hurts their sales potential and retention because it’s a 🚩red flag for generalized unprofessionalism and cut corners.

Getting real art from a pro will make you look like a pro.

If you're a solo dev/small indie team looking for art or logos please don't turn to genAI. I would honestly rather folks reach out to a designer and offer like rev share alongside a smaller up front cost to get something made by a person.

And since their version of God is handed to them by their pastor or preacher, they effectively are loyal to that person and that person's dogma first and foremost, which is how people who supposedly believe that God is love are so gung-ho to hate.

Realizing I don't know what I'm being for Halloween. Don't want to fullsuit when Goob is in her first fursuit head (Ralsei, it's looking SO CUTE!), so the YinDemon is out. I could just do random tail + ears, or get another bad mustache and be Borat-Dracula again I guess. That's always fun.

Borat Dracula, aka. a person with short, dark hair slicked back, in a black shirt and red-lined black velvet cape, wearing an obviously fake mustache that does not look like Dracula at all.

Yin Demon. A person in a long faux fur cloak made from a patchwork of different "wolf" type fur fabrics, wearing a semi-realistic styled wolf fursuit head that has two curved horns and a little white poof of a goatee.

Huh. We got some *gorgeous* fruitwood bookshelves at Freddy's about 7 years ago? But I haven't looked at their furniture since then. These were miles above Walmart or even IKEA quality, and just a *bit* more expensive. If they're charging those prices for shit quality now...booo.

Yeah, this isn't a prediction, it's just a description of how things already are. They're not focusing all their energy on demonizing Catholics, Mormons, etc. right now, but they've never *stopped* doing that, it's just not front and center currently.

I was trying to come up with one for mine, but I can't land on a phrase, it's just this "I don't know what I want but I'll know it when I see it" customer, and also the "It needs to be *accurate* to the 2-d art" customer (for a 3-d object!!!!!!!!) vibe that is never actually put into those words.

Absolutely! There's a guy near me who has a wizard robe and hat just...on the regular. Never had a chance to talk to him, but I love to see it. Be weird! Bored retail staff will have their day made, if nothing else!

We just got a very modern electric car with some driving assist features, and I do very much love the "cruise control with follow distance," it really is handy, but also if I weren't still using my BRAIN it would have stopped me on the train tracks today!

It still blows my mind that people think giving others security will result in laziness.

Everybody deserves a living wage and financial/food security!
