Ugh. Idk why I'm so torn up about my boss leaving. I guess because even though he got on my nerves sometimes, he was still probably the funniest most chill boss I've ever had. For 3 or 4 years. This entire year I've just been in a "things are ending, time to regret everything I did wrong" funk

Spoiler alert- it was a Catholic hospital. I’ve been reading stories about people being denied miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy care at Catholic hospitals for well over a decade now, and people have definitely died because of these policies, but maternal mortality data is imperfect.

Idk if I would "clinically" be considered "high functioning" but whatever it is, it's a blessing and a curse. Sometimes I envy people their ability and freedom to just break down and fall apart and other times I'm thankful I'm just barely keeping everything together with duct tape and staples
