The @who.int's new Global Antibiotic Resistance Surveillance Report 2025 shows bacterial antimicrobial resistance is rising at dangerous rates. Countries with weaker health systems and lower incomes bear a disproportionate AMR burden—yet significant data gaps from many countries remain.
