Why are people still yapping about how PPV’s should only have two or three minutes go 15+ minutes?

I felt like it was pretty clear once they made it a cage match that Joe was winning. I get why some don’t like it.
I do think that the next world champion should be a first time guy though. Love Joe, Hangman and Swerve, but there are guys just as deserving who can be THE GUY if given the chance.
