Sometimes I feel hopeless about what is happening to the NHS and what people are doing about it. I think we either need to go all in, find the millions of people who care and get a *lot* louder, or we give up.

On the left we have a normal toilet roll tightly wound on a 38mm core. On the right a “luxury” supermarket own brand (rhymes with potatoes) version loosely wound on a 45mm core. That’s toilet capitalism folks!
