I used wheat flour for the pastry, but you might substitute with a gluten free alternative? I think it should be possible, maybe a mix of ground nuts and rice flour?

Yesterday I made this Japanese rice cake for our friends' visit. Baking yesterday was a success, kids have been eating all in just one day. In Danish we call it 'Rugbrødschips' (rye bread chips). Cut a loaf of rye bread in thin slices, brush with little oil, drizzle with salt and oregano, and bake for about 20 min until crispy. #snack #chips #baking #bread #fun

Thx! I also think a lot about how I could use glass in jewellery. One reason is for it's colours and all the possibilities in that, another reason is that it is more friendly to the environment, and cheaper at the same time.
