"In orders, reports of conferences & speeches, the mouths of the defendants have told their story" David Maxwell Fyfe, a British prosecutor at Nuremberg Trials. His work there forensically examining Nazi crimes led directly to his part later in drawing up the protections of ECHR.

In the run up to #ECHR75 on November 4th, we are reawakening memories of its history & our telling of David Maxwell Fyfe's story. In 2022 as Zelenskyy called for a new Nuremberg Trial for those guilty of Crimes of Aggression we performed in support of #Justice4Ukraine.

We were invited by the Manchester Quakers to perform our forgotten story of ECHR'S creation on World Quaker Day. The story is told through the eyes of David Maxwell Fyfe - a Conservative MP involved in its drafting. The acoustics in their Grade II listed hall were beautiful.

We were in Manchester this week to celebrate ECHR'S protections in its 75th year, as the Conservatives had just announced their plans for withdrawal. We performed at the Friends Meeting House which is just outside the Party Conference secure area. #ECHR75
