3.5 is kinda crazy to me. I just get my heart rate to around 140. Speed varies on the day

Yeah I use an incline treadmill at home on my non gym days. But here is what my trainer has me do
M-F after workout 30 mins stairclimbers
Except after leg day
weekends 30 mins of fasted cardio after i wake up

Definitely mades a difference! Only recommendation is not to do it after a leg day. And according to my trainer, only use the stairclimber if its available 🥵

Its the sense of bothering them, but also just talking to a stranger as a social introvert (in person scenarios). Trust me I was mentally prepared to explode in 🌈🦄 if that was ever an options.
Eventually her boyfriend started hanging out next to her and I didnt want to see threatening there either

I will say I failed on a personal goal today. There is a young woman with amazing tattoos who is a new regular at the gym and i wanted to tell her how awesome i thought her tattoos are. But failed to muster the courage to speak up. Will try again tomorrow!

Yeah sadly many talk to be ‘right’ and not talk to understand. Probably would fix one or two problems in the world if that changed

I believe part is also psychological, because if you believe something strongly. You actually experience physical pain for ‘ changing your mind. Many people dig in to avoid that pain, and maybe after some reflection when things cooldown, might slowly work through it without the instincts kicking in

2nd tattoo session and was able to finish half of the refresh. Cant finish today, but taking a quick break and see how much we can do on the other side.

Looks like i might get to be a fallen angel for Halloween at this rate.

What a day. Didnt sleep well so skipped the gym. Went to the dentist and ended up with a $1000 dental payment and a numb face and tongue. No biggie if slurring my words didnt matter except I had booked an escape room for my team as a team building exercise right after.

I remember this guy getting arrested last year and actually having deep feelings of regret. He had been an openly gay model, performer and activist, and part of me was inspired by him. Seeing him as a pedophile now, I’m very disappointed and honestly 19 years is honestly not long enough for this POS
