Saw a post on the other site about the assassination of Mozambique's founding father written by his daughter, it fucked me up, this was a personal friend of my grandparents who they cherished greatly and he was murdered for thinking black and mixed people shouldn't be treated like subhumans.

Like I worked my ass off in college under immense pressure and deadlines to the point of crippling depression and anxiety, and for what?? To be repeatedly ghosted after interviews for basic entry level jobs?? and it's not just me!

I think the fact that you are now expected to apply for upwards of 1.5k jobs before landing it is repugnant, being a qualified person n being expected to apply for *50* before landing one would already be insane, this is inexcusable and a lot of people need to be held accountable for this because ??
