Yeah I was actually to a point where my nervous system was in over drive for days at a time and it was starting to make me sick. I had to go to the doctor for back pain that ended up being my gut from stress.

Now I have to get used to feeling calm again xD

Once I feel unsafe with someone that's it. There's no more trying. No more fawning/people pleasing. That's it. I'm cutting myself out.

I gotta stop apologizing for things that aren't my fault. Fawning is SUCH a bit trauma reaction that I give up my own power sometimes just to quell someone's anger.

I'm going to try to focus more on how people make me feel than what they do or say.

Also drawing doesn't have to always be optimized or "fast." That's just capitalism in there trying to make you efficient (which is okay).

But I prefer nowadays to just enjoy the process so I take as long as I need to esp with my wrist.

I really like "carving" out of sketches. Like it's messy then I clean it to kingdom come. Like it makes the process WAY longer but... there's something methodical and mind numbing to clean the lines.
