I'm starting to be me again which is a good thing even if grief wants me to feel guilty about it. I have energy for more than just work and basic needs. I have energy for my own art. I have energy for @cloudcurio.bsky.social. This is great. This is healthy.

both of my therapists believe i have hyperphantasia and hyperthymesia; both of these have absolutely not been helpful with past trauma annnnnd lol yep grief.

Porcini is everything to me. In this chaos, he is keeping me relatively stable. A little guy I can focus (most) all of my energy and attention to. He's the best decision I made this year, hands down.
