Exactly! That’s why a lot of artists feel they arent getting the plays they deserve. I have given a lot of advice to artists who ask me what they should be doing and I always go in depth with them. Its important to remember there’s always more that people can be doing to reach where they want to get

If you’re going to assume the worst about my advice, I’d rather not have a discussion with you. :’( There is definitely *more* that artists can be doing if they’d like more plays on a platform like spotify. I tried said *more* and got results, people I know have, and have also gotten results. ^^

I didn’t say anything like that at all ^^ I believe we are talking about two different topics. I am not a fan at all of the CEO. That being said, it has nothing to do with what i’m talking about even remotely ^^

It’s also not the general consensus for most artist because most artists haven’t found success ^^ It requires a level of work that most don’t achieve. It’s as simple as that. That’s why I have run panels at conventions to help educate what work can help people reach their goals in terms of music!

I can’t lie and say artists can’t be making more money with more work! If people want more money from spotify, they will have to put more work into getting more plays on spotify, just like everybody else. Same thing with youtube, movies, art, etc. I found success in believing in this fact!

I make a good amount from my music! I just had to work hard to get the amount of plays I have. That’s why I try to educate and help other musicians when I can. Spotify works the same way youtube does and nobody complains about youtube ^^
