The best part about having a DR.s appt in the morning before work? I can claim that appointment took as long as I want it to take and claim that time as paid sick leave.

I was all ready and set to take Beastmaster on my next level up. But I think I might have to take Hunter instead. Having an extra melee meat shield in our group would be nice, but I think I need to take the extra atracks and buffs to Hunters Prey and really lean into the longbow sniper roll.

That's 26 damage on 1 attack from a level 2 Ranger!

Next level I get an animal companion. The campaign is set in the far north polar caps. So obviously. I have already chosen a pygmy polar bear (regular size bear is too big). I was going to call him Isbjørn (Scandinavian for Ice Bear).

Got loaned out to another team (ut oh). Had the spin up meeting today and 70% of it went over my head. I've never done this work before. I was really nervous. Told, "You'll be working with Danon". 👍
After the meeting Danon pulled me aside, "Don't worry, you won't be doing any of that."

Do we have any polar bear experts around? Google searching is failing me. At what age do polar bears become like Gray wolf size, 200ish pounds? And are they "mature" (not depending on mother) at that age?

Is there a polite, respectful, supportive way to ask if someone is on the spectrum? I want to say "I see you and support you" help this person in any way I can but I don't know how to broach the subject.
