Sunday morning at the tiny cabin. Doing some organizing and cleaning. It was just above freezing when I got here. But now it’s 65 degrees inside with the wood stove and it feels like 95 degrees. I opened the windows for a breeze. It’s dead silent outside. Only the crackle of the fire.

I rescued this guy yesterday. Or he rescued me. Oliver is a 3 year old schnauzer-poodle mix, and is such a chill pup. Looking forward to getting him a bath and groom, and future adventures.

Found some healing yesterday with amazing people. After visiting The Pond, I headed to rural Juniata County for peach cobbler, coffee, campfire time, puppy cuddles, and real conversation. It helped me get through a tough day.
