Studying institutions for citizen participation (IPs) is neither micropolitics nor a 'minor matter' for idealistic academics. Analyzing the IPs in a given country expands our understanding of democracy, which is severely lacking in these times. This book does so for 🇲🇽 & 🇧🇷
