This one is makore, with padauk spliced into the handle. I drilled both woods at the ends and threaded a bolt into them as well as wood glued together, so it will never break. Paduak, the red one, is amazing looking! That was the last bit I had. I never toss out wood bits!

With all the problems in the world right now muddying the waters... I'm glad someone is finally stepping up and tackling the issue of people getting tricked into thinking a veggie burger is made of meat because it's called burger. Think of all the lives this has destroyed! Demand 👏 better 👏
This whole discussion is an enormous waste of time, it should be focused on food fraud not on food habits. People are not that stupid and the lobby should be ignored.

Sweet potato and black bean quesadilla on homemade tortilla. Loads of kale, tomato, hot peppers, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and a dash of allspice... and sharp old cheddar.
Vegetarian, no salt, very low fat... seems like cheating 😏

A crazy amount of spectacular woods! Makore, sapele, cherry, white oak, ash, mahogany... must be worth a fortune. Just gave it to me. 😵 Everyone is getting a cutting board for Xmas! 😂
