You don't have to lie nor assume the designers' intentions (which are wrong, by the way) to tell the world you didn't like something.

Ghosting objectives are a thing I’m wary of, I *know* a lot of players don’t like them. TBP has two missions that require ghosting; mission 7 only concerns one NPC in a tiny area with lots of places to hide, and in mission 9 you *can* get seen but hurting guards is a fail state for a short section.

Look it’s fine if you don’t like my or my friends’ work, but at least do it in good faith. Half the shit this person says is blatantly false, such as “half the missions have a ghosting objective” or whatever they said. That’s literally not true.

My WIP has a lot of marble floors and a lot of extinguisable fire-based lights, and you will likely have to use your tools several times to get past tricky situations (the mission has an emphasis on using resources actually, it’s deliberate).

Players refusing to use their tools is a real problem in the Thief FM scene, unironically. I’ve had other people complain about missions having too much marble flooring and when I ask them if they used moss arrows, they say they didn’t.

Oh don't worry I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it; a couple of their criticisms are sound (weird platforming, yes, this is true and probably should've been smoothed out further). But the rest? Nah.
