Updated my traffic light project to use Websocket instead just trying to GET every half second.

Prev: CloudFlare Pages & functions
Update: CloudFlare Pages and Durable Objects (Workers) with Worker Routes

This will reduce DB read, and reduce CPU time and requests a lot.
