Save NHS dentistry now!
I just signed the 38 Degrees petition calling on the Government to properly fund NHS dentistry. Millions of us are still struggling to access affordable dental care, so now the Government needs to stu...

There’s no upper limit to the amount of personal humiliation the average politics pundit is willing to inflict upon themselves, if the alternative simply admitting that they have absolutely fucked it *yet again*, and then resigning
Its easily done when you're on the go a lot & when you're younger & less bothered about weight & health.

I have about a dozen go-to healthy meals (& a few tasty but not so healthy) that I can make & plate within 15m to an hour. Thumbs-up from the wife too so I can't be going too far wrong.
The more you cook from scratch, the quicker you get at it. Cooking this way does take a lot of time but you'll find all sorts of ways to maintain the quality while shaving off prep time. Batch cooking is always an easy win.
The Labour govt are desperately unpopular for one eye-wateringly obvious reason: their policies are utter shite & no one feels any benefit from their fiddling at the edges. Add into that terrible comms, aping the extreme right in language & relentless lying & there's no surprise they're failing.
All that cash being spent & it'll still not alter the outcome.

When you spend as much time as I do checking facts & figures around the #NHS, it’s sometimes hard to counter the Govt machine in terms of public opinion or perception.

Is what being said ring true or false?

Check the facts & listen to what those on the ground are saying too.
Cracking stuff: another cookie-cutter neoliberal in the Labour Party jostling for relevancy.

who creates the lively art and music scenes if the rent is too high? who makes cultural life? who serves you food or washes your dishes? who creates the fancy little restaurants that draw you to urban living? affordable housing is at the heart of what makes city life worthwhile.
Fair play to you Ian in when knowing to move a cherished car along. I'm already looking forward to the collection caper for whatever shabby curio replaces it.
Harris' ran a poor campaign & offered little to persuade people other than not being Trump. Fair enough, that in itself ought to be a vote-winner for most people but if Harris gets on the Dem ticket in '28 they are going to face a far harder battle than with a different candidate - such as AOC.
With just a 16% turnout among the membership, the option of 'neither' was by far the strongest choice.

Powell characterises everything that the Labour Party has attempted in the last few years: far too little, far too late.
It barely matters: voting for Labour now really is just an exercise in tenderising horse meat.

That & the turnout was around 16% as I recall? Even party members don't care.
Hmmm. Double-standards & denial of reality by the LINOs
New jockey to flog dead horse....
BREAKING: New jockey to flog dead horse.
So that works out at £500 to buy and 'install' each flag....
In the process of installing Linux Mint where possible. No AI, open source & every bit as good as anything MS has offered.
There was a lot of tactical voting with Welsh Greens & LDs quietly dropping votes for Plaid. It can't be denied that turnout was also up because plenty of people did not want ReFuk causing more division & destroying their services while ramping-up council tax.
