“Documentary's publicity, coupled with significant increases in VPN usage in Florida since its debut, establishes the immense likelihood that citizens of Florida accessed the Documentary“

Fifty-three percent, an absolute majority, regard Nigel Farage "very unfavourably". He is the most disliked politician in the UK.

And yet he dominates the media agenda.

Recently published figures showing a huge drop don't take into account new restrictions introduced by this government. So further falls are very likely.

To give one figure from the post in August 2023 we gave out 18,300 health/care worker visas. Last month it was just 600.

“No less an authority than the United Kingdom’s former Prime Minister, Liz Truss”

That’s a real sentence that someone wrote, which made it into Trump’s legal filing.

And yet 'Liz Kendall, the secretary of state for science, innovation and technology, told parliament on Monday there was “no clear consensus” on the issue.' A 95% rejection of the proposal feels like pretty clear consensus to me.

Keir Starmer's braver alter-ego Erik Starmer asks Trump whether he's actually seen the troublesome Panorama programme.

Trump says of course he hasn't.

Erik asks how Trump has suffered financial damage.

Trump wonders what he's talking about.

Here they try to back it up a little bit, citing a Guardian report. One problem, though: that Guardian article is from 2015. Ten years ago. Since then, the BBC has introduced widespread VPN blocking (as anyone who’s tried to watch iPlayer using one knows).

Little bonus from the filing. The second paragraph here takes a general claim about VPN use in Florida and imagines everyone’s using it to watch the BBC.

But the first paragraph is missing something: notice it has absolutely no supporting reference. They’re just claiming it, sans evidence.

Newsmax dude on the Today programme being a surrogate for Trump about this stupid lawsuit going ‘I think it’d be best for the BBC to pay off Trump whether he has a case or not’. He even suggested a sum.

It genuinely is pathetic.
