Jay Bhattacharya is useless at his job and I will never forgive him for killing the NIH
Imagine you're overseeing the termination of clinical trials, the destruction of people's livelihoods, the dismantling of scientific research in the US, and you're complaining that Twitter didn't give you a blue check 4 years ago.

By extension, if a group of suspected but unconfirmed drug dealers and pushers were in a car together, possibly with drugs in the car that they were going to distribute but no firm evidence of it, Tom Cotton thinks blowing that car up and everybody in it would NOT constitute murder
BERMAN: Would it be legal for police in Arkansas to kill suspected drug dealers on a boat in a lake?

TOM COTTON: The premise of your question is not well-founded

BERMAN: The answer is no. It would not be legal to kill them.
