Industrialized agriculture has saved and created billions of lives, but our reliance on it risks taking millions back. Localizing our food supply with sustainable economic food production models is essential to securing our future against the potential for famine and bankrupty.
Key provisions were gutted by conservatives in order to pass it, the original plan was a far cry from UH but it was a hell of a lot better than what we got. I may be splitting hairs but you may also be over generalizing. Nuance is important, especially in politics.
When they shot that priest in the face I was shocked nobody was talking about how close to being lethal that was. Different angle, different spot, that's a fuck ton of kinetic energy to hit someone in the head with. Literally attempted murder.
What did old muttonchops even do anyway? I have a feeling Chester is going to be one of the last presidents he covers lol
Right but just because it came from conservatism doesn't mean they're the same thing. They are unique philosophies and I think distinguishing them is important, especially since nobody seems to know what neoliberalism even is: a conservative trojan horse.
The way they're tearing it down made me wonder if that wasn't the intent. Compromise the building's structure as an excuse to level it. He is petty enough to do it just to piss off Americans.
Our opinions diverge, it was a joke. The left really needs to crawl out of their collective asshole and learn to communicate like actual humans.
Is being a dick fun for you or are you so miserable as you make other people?

Talk to me like a person or fuck off.
It was very much a neoliberal plan, the conservative approach to healthcare is "fuck you." Romney identified as conservative but he was very much a neoliberal, especially compared to today's "conservatives."
Think tanks don't make policy or direct candidates. This headline might as well read "club for nerds has bad opinion that nobody cares about."
You call it idiocy, I say hiding your mistakes is cowardice. Isn't diversity wonderful?
He knows the military won't do it, not surprising he's stupid enough to try to build a secondary military for attacking US cities. I really don't see how that works out for him though, he's already lost a shitload of support.
You're not wrong but you are deflecting. It's shorthand for "you are doing harm", you know what you were insinuating. That's a shitty thing to do to someone, if you want to call him a nazi or nazi sympathizer just present your case. Don't just say "it's weird" and hide behind an implication.
No what's weird is making insinuations about someone's character without actually outright stating your indictment.

You're not the good person you think you are when you treat people this way.
You're a very rude and angry person. Therapy is more effective than lashing out at people online.
Misinformation isn't the right word, but I agree with them, the moral crusade about how he's a nazi because he has a nazi tattoo is very unreasonable. He's disavowed it, you can call him an idiot for still having it but the general response to this is wildly disproportional.
I think not giving people grace for their mistakes is a society problem.
I don't think removing the tattoo is important. Former nazis can be useful in deradicalizing other nazis, which you have to do if you want to fix the problem. What he says and does is more important, but as someone else pointed out his record on that isn't great anyway.
Than mutilating someone on television? Yeah I'd say so, there are not a lot of things that are less reasonable than doing that.
Yeah it was a weak excuse but it's possible.

You have good reasoning. Just the existence of the tattoo isn't enough for me, but if he was showing it off recently that shows his mentality about it isn't where it should be. As you say he would have to be, at best, a moron.
If he is a nazi then fuck him. If he used to be and renounced his former beliefs, atoned for any harm he's done, then no I don't see why it's any of our place to continue punishing him for beliefs he no longer has. That just incentivizes people not to renounce nazism.
That's utterly deranged and psychotic.
I don't think you're considering nearly the level of complexity you find in humans. Maybe he still has it as a reminder of past mistakes? Maybe he's meant to get it covered and just never got around to it? I really don't like condemning people for past mistakes that didn't hurt anyone. That's bad.
So getting it removed is the only acceptable remediation for being a former nazi? I can't find anything on whether he actually was, but it seems like he's denounced it pretty clearly now. I don't see why removal is necessary.
I'm not saying he didn't, I'm saying not a lot of people would have been able to identify that symbol in 2005. That was a bad argument.
There are a lot of nazis in Croatia, yes.
