Tonight on Channel 4 at 9pm a powerful documentary "Poisoned: Killer in the Post" will be broadcast about the tragic death of Immy Nunn.

Sadly, Immy was let down by healthcare providers as she struggled with her mental health. Her needs as a deaf person were continuously not met.

🧵(3/5) If you are a deaf BSL user, this will be recorded on your Single Patient Record and visible to every healthcare professional you meet.
2 - The Government have also said that all appointments and medications will be managed via the NHS App and this will be BSL accessible.
