65% of engineers and managers report having taken on expanded responsibilities. Only 3% saw their workload decrease. That kind of shift leads to burnout, risk, and growing technical debt.

If you’re managing Kubernetes right now, you likely feel the crunch too.

Survive the crunch: Reduce Kubernetes costs without compromising speed
Leaders know incremental tooling won't fix these problems. To reduce Kubernetes costs, teams must examine how they view infrastructure.

Cutting cloud costs but ignoring K8s ops? There's a bigger leak.

→ Drift correction: 10 hrs/week
→ Cluster upgrades: 6–8 hrs
→ OIDC setup: repeated across every cluster
→ Time lost ≈ $16K/month

Omni removes this overhead. We believe it could change your team.

Yes, managed Kubernetes can reduce complexity.

It also reduces your control and increases your bill.

Kubernetes doesn’t need to be painful. You just need the find the right model for you.

#GPU workloads are increasingly essential, but they're also difficult to run securely on #Kubernetes.

Because Talos Linux takes a strict approach to security, we do things a little differently.

Most teams just accept that Kubernetes is painful. Provisioning, upgrades, access control, patching… They’re part of the job, right?

We disagree. Kubernetes itself isn’t the problem. It’s the stuff surrounding it that’s weighing you down.
