i bake often & no matter what i make, it always cooks evenly, in the exact amount of time it’s supposed to. so why is it, that EVERY time i make banana bread, no matter what recipe i use, the center doesn’t cook 😭 the edges gets Insanely overcooked bc the center takes SO long 🥲
