I was wondering who the FOV adjustment can be done in the material ...and after looking into it, it's a bandaid for first person view added late to a ton of contrent in Fortnite! No wonder they did it in the material (it all makes sense now, and is still pretty cool)

So, you can tell a material to just render with a diff FOV (anything Tim Sweeney &co can't do!?) keeps weapons from looking too weird at >90°
