He could be complaining that they got "the wrong Shinx" the whole time, maybe enough that they need to gag him to keep him quiet, hehe~

I think a combination of 4 (princess/sissy) and 9 (asylum) would be fun! Perhaps a case of mistaken identity where Spark is mistaken for a Shinx princess who recently escaped from an asylum.
