This workshop will initiate with people from Mexico, Latin America and Europe to strengthen the ties of stop motion and collaboration and, in exchange, education will be provided for free for one Mexican / Latinamerican student for the first ten years also.

Guillermo del Toro, Netflix, and Gobelins have teamed to open a stop-motion studio in Paris. The endeavor shares a kindred spirit with Mexico's El Taller del Chucho, also co-founded by del Toro, and will honor stop-motion legend Mark Gustafson.

Prof. McElroy and the Vertical Man-Tank, 1892. Around 18 inches tall, mostly made out of plumber’s putty but with Super Sculpey humans 😊

Jarrod and I love it when we see one of our sculptures used as reference in a cool comic book. Our fave example of this (so far) is this splash page from the awesome comic series Marvel 1985, written by Mark Millar and drawn by the great Tommy Lee Edwards (we’re big fans of his work.) 🖤

I realized who the actress was about 5 mins after the character’s introduction and COULD NOT WAIT to get out of the theater and tell my partner (who was with me) that it was Costner’s wife from Field of Dreams. She was like “No fucking way,” Me, excitedly: “Way! Yes, way!” 😊

Amazing illustration 🖤

Wow, you are WAY too kind, Matt! But your words really do mean a lot to us. And we’re big fans of your writing and commentary. Thanks so much, man 😊🖤

The Shifflet Brothers are brilliant. The people and creatures have astonishing detail, and so lifelike. The one below is plausible as a thing that could actually exist.

The fire pit area on our rental property at the beach looked kinda like a mini-Stonehenge

And, yes, if you enlarge the photo, you can see the tiny form of my better half walking on the beach
