Merazian mage apprentice, Verico. From a personal project i'm working on. #illustration #digitalart #originalcharacter
For the past 6 months i've been working my ass off after realizing i didn't like my artstyle anymore. I painted this in July and it's one of the first semi-realistic portrait i've done. She's my inquisitor, Ellana, from Dragon age. I'm actually very proud of myself for this. #DragonAgeInquisition
When i read your posts on my homepage sometimes it's like you're reading my inner thoughts. We're all struggling the same i guess 😭
So, I've decided to give Samdoesarts' pause art challenge a try. After 10 hours of figuring out how to adapt armor to a character with wings (because i've decided to draw them from the back) now i'm studying birds' anatomy and looking at pictures of ducks flapping wings. #digitalart #artjourney
Or you could express your desire to know the other person better. Hope this helps, i'm bad at relationships too but the opposite of you lol. Also, hope you don't mind the long reply.
Maybe you could focus on yourself rather than the other person's actions, does the interpretation of the relationship come from your expectations or is the other person actively trying to connect? If that doesn't work you could always be direct and just ask: Do you want to be friends?
I don't think the solution is to be more distant, courtesy could lead to genuine affection as time progresses and the relationship evolves eventually. Of course that is if the other person is down with it. I understand it's hard to analyze the signals correctly when you're craving affection so bad.
Right! Art might me a job for some of us but it's also our passion/hobby. I think it's important to nurture and express that feeling, just being creative for the sake of it, otherwise it becomes a never ending chore. No one wants that.
Momo fan art recap: References, pose, initial sketch. Can't say it was easy, i need to do more studies on rendering and light! I was super indecisive on the colors, not really 100% happy with the results but i'm glad i'm able to step out of my comfort zone. #Digitalart #artjourney
