Try it! I will stretch too if I wake up in the middle of the night and it helps me get to sleep. Granted, maybe there’s something wrong with me because I feel like I’m kinda sore and stiff if I don’t. But it’s worth a try!

People are always reminding people to drink water. Valid, but are you stretching? Just realized my friend said he never stretches. I can’t imagine that. I just stretched just now and I feel way better. I stretch before bed, when I wake up, when I get home, before stream, during stream, after stream.
