While ICE is very visible, they are designed for drawing conflict so that people fight back and then the regime will feel the right to unleash more hell. In reality, ICE is an expendable resource for them. Low men on the totem pole. We must make sure that we do something meaningful. That takes time.

I’m advocating for standing back, out of sight as possible, taking note of anyone involved and being aware that there are probably others around ready to swoop in. Look for those and take note, too. Look at surrounding buildings, vehicles, etc.
