While visiting Ocean City, Maryland for the #SHAPEMD25 convention check out the city's historic boardwalk. The boardwalk, also known as Atlantic Avenue, was created in 1902 and runs about 3 miles long. Filled with shops and attractions for the whole family.

I often get asked why I always have a stuffed animal in my #AdaptedPE bucket, right now a white seal named "Sealy".

Sealy can help with:
1. Emotional support, ex. "Sealy will do it with you"
2. An engaging object to catch/throw
3. A 3rd voice during check-ins or player in tag
