Was efficent in clay shooting today, but around 4pm my mental state went to shit. Don't really enjoy existing atm. Stretched but couldn't do workout, head is a mess, anxious, stressed for no good reason.

No amount of beer or drugs it feels can calm turmoil. I like order and I'm surrounded in chaos
