Near perfect, no notes, at least no notes that aren't nitpicks that don't actually affect the quality of the game. I know long-time fans of the original may disagree but from where I'm sitting it feels like it improved on the game in almost every way.

I rolled credits on the Silent Hill 2 remake! Wow!
I can't tell if I'm coming down with something or if I'm just tired and cold combined with the usual case of seasonal depression that happens this time of year. But those are my only symptoms so we keep trucking on I guess.

I'm not saying it's the most technically impressive but I don't know if I've seen clouds done better than in Mario Kart World. Especially on an OLED screen with HDR, they pop like crazy.

Remember that universal experience we all had playing #SIlksong when we beat The Last Judge and were too hyped celebrating our victory to realize they were actually exploding and the explosion killed us and that happened to all of us and not just me?

The issue with this remake is that they remixed the first game so it's different than the original then copy/pasted the 2nd game in, when THAT's the one that needed more improvement. New content made just for the remake was mostly good. Great looking too.
