the assistant manager literally left the VAULT open and he often didnt count his drawer accurately (my coworker would always come in telling me his register was off) AND he used his foodstamps to buy our drinks then taking the petty cash.. WTFFF

i called out maybe 6 days out of my entire 8-9 months… and i always checked the schedule to make sure at least one person was there. it’s not my fault the district manager wouldnt let them hire more than 4 people while other stores had 6+ people

it’s just funny bc i rolled 40 prerolls a day (i counted), the customers loved me and tipped me more than anyone else, i did tasks i wasn’t told to do to help out the store… but bc im disabled and i had to call out bc i was feeling like complete ass then i get fired for “missing too many days” …girl

my partner and i are both disabled and life would be fucking hard without the mutual support and love but that doesnt mean i just forget my friends exist??! in fact im the one reaching out wanting to devote to the connection but i can only hold on to that one sided shit for so long. i deserve better
