At the @workers-eesc.bsky.social @feps-europe.eu seminar, rapporteur Andrzej Buła said algorithmic management can boost productivity, but mustn’t undermine workers’ rights or add red tape.

His draft INL calls for transparency, human oversight & consultation, and a ban on intrusive monitoring.

🌍 A majority of EU leaders, including @swedishpmrepost.bsky.social, have signed a joint letter urging a radical simplification of EU rules to boost competitiveness.

They call for:

🔹 Reviewing & cutting outdated regulations
🔹 Restraining new legislation
