If you offer to buy their shares at face value, they will bend their knee to you.
All the industries you mentioned here are not investable

The guy clearly mention that these industries (i.e., EV refineries, etc) are profitable though.
Also, FINANCIAL needs to work for any investment; or at least the company who operate it needs to be profitable.
EU invested in North Volt, and suffered miserably.

Curious, typically when you apply VISA, you have to state if you have any criminal records.
So Zhang didn’t declare he had criminal records or Dutch Gov knows and decided to overlook ?

If you were defending that Nexperia had to be forced sell due to national security or business continuity (banned from access to U.S. tech) concern, it would be more convincing.

This is a misconduct, not criminal though. It doesn’t prevent him from managing the business. But he has already stepped down from Wingtech chairman.

All you can claim is Zhang is a “criminal”.

1. Have he been jailed or prosecuted before in China or Europe? Why does Dutch Gov not prosecute him ?
2. Not familiar with UK case( NWF). But I think it is not existential to Wingtech?

If CEO Zhang is the issue, then prosecute him. He had then to resign CEO of Nex and Wingtech.

Dutch Gov overstepped as Nexperia is not their asset any more. Dutch Gov no power to freeze the asset unless it breaks law.

No law is broken and they have to activate this weird act.

Plus, they seem amateur not to plan China’s retaliation.

3. Ordering extra inventory & firing executives are not existential.
You seem never work in Supply chain.
If my supplier will die soon, I will order more to save it from dying and I HAVE TIME to switch to another guy.
The supplier is not even listed, there is no securities fraud here (2)
