Blunt, but fair?

Hey there! I do have space, but I hope you'll understand if I'm also a bit leery due to past bad experiences when I let people I didn't know room with me.

Because I want you to feel you can be honest with me, I'll be the same with you. I'm a little worried that you're 19 and I'm 50. If the age gap isn't an issue for you, that's cool. I know some younger Furs aren't comfortable rooming with a substantially older one.

I'm also into a fair bit of kink, which doesn't mean I'll try to do anything with you obviously (unless you wanted to, heh), but does mean you might see me in various stages of rubber gear or such. If that would be weird for you, fair enough!

I also may be hosting a kink social at some point. It would be a no-sex event, though cuddling would be an option, and obviously there might be a lot of kinky folks present. I can't imagine it would go much past midnight.

Otherwise, I like my room to generally be a safe space. No crazy-ass parties, no rampant alcohol (if you're really 19 I imagine that would be a non issue), no drugs stronger than pot, etc.

I'm truly sorry if I'm frontloading you with a lot more detail than you ever wanted to hear about. As I said, I'd rather get the potentially largest possible concerns out of the way first.

If none of that makes you want to run screaming into the night, I'd love to hear more about you and what you're looking for in terms of space!
