Jake Moody had a lot of time to think over the last month.

In early September, he lost his job with the 49ers. A month later, he became a hero when he knocked in a 38-yard field goal to give the Bears a 25-24 win.

“It’s a pretty cool series of events.”

Offsides penalty against DJ Moore. Run for a loss of two. Drop from Olamide Zaccheaus.

Then on third-down from the 3, Williams hits Zaccheaus but he comes up short of the sticks.

Bears will punt with just over 6 minutes.

Washington punts back to Chicago. The Bears will take over at their own 9-yard line.

Caleb Williams and the Bears need at least a field goal.

Commanders DE Dorance Armstrong is questionable to return with a hamstring injury. That's a big absence for the Commanders. Armstrong leads the team with five sacks on the season.
